RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We at AAA Tree Service LLC want you to be fully satisfied with every purchase. The following policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are granted. By placing an order with us, you accept the terms described below.

Return Eligibility Window

You may request a return within thirty (30) calendar days of the date your order is delivered. Requests submitted after this period, unfortunately, cannot be honored.

To qualify for a return, an item must meet all of the following conditions:

It remains unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which it was received.
It is returned in its original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories included.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain categories cannot be returned, including:

Custom-made or personalized products
Gift cards
Items marked as final sale or clearance
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery

How to Initiate a Return

Contact our support team at support@flex-saw.com with your order number and reason for return.
Await written confirmation and return instructions from our team.
Ship the item to the address provided in our confirmation email.

Please do not send items back before receiving authorization, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the credit to your account.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return results from our error (such as a defective or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the item. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
